Creative Concepts was founded in 2021, but the experience behind it began much earlier. Paul left school at 16 to become a joiner and has spent more than 15 years specialising in kitchen and bathroom projects.
After working with several kitchen and bathroom companies, Paul launched Creative Concepts while on paternity leave with his daughter. It was the chance to build a business around the straightforward, personal service he believed customers deserved.
